Title: Lost username

THE BASIC STORY:
I logged onto this account after years of not playing. I try to play the game but it turns out that my username is too long to be able to use anymore.
I remember I have another account, so I send the lost username/password email to the email for that account, but I haven't received it. I've sent it multiple times, waited hours, and it's not in the spam/junk folders either.
Any help would really be appreciated!

Maybe you went in the wrong email or the account was lost. If it doesn't send you the email then you probably have to make a new account with a different email.

If you haven't logged in years, the account is probably deleted from the staff.

Adding on, you could also try sending a PM to a staff to see if they can recover the account that you made. If you're sending it to the right e-mail and everything it could still be awhile before you receive anything, or, rhs account is no longer usable as stated above. If all else fails, you'll probably have to wait to make a new account.

If you haven't played the game in about two years, then it was automatically deleted from the server. If this is the case, then you must create a new account
