Hello Everyone. Im on a Mac, With the Version El Capitan. I have Downloaded Mass Markings and Legendary Items for FeralHeart. As of Lastnight, Feralheart Worked smoothly. This morning, It keeps crashing. I don't have Wine or Wineskin downloaded, Could this be the case?

That could be the case , unless you've tried other methods like changing your rendering system. Making sure that your internet is running good and strong....?

Maybe your computer couldn't handle the items and markings you downloaded since there is a lot. Maybe try changing your rendering system if that helps. If not just install the game again, and see if that helps.

You start the game, go to option > video > rendering systems. Whatever is highlighted , switch to the other one. c:

Okay so I changed the Rendering System, and as soon as I logged in, it crashed. Maybe I need to get Wineskin? Could someone provide a tutorial on how to get that? :c

THe Create New Blank Wrapper button was greyed out and I couldn't click it. Can anyone help?

Have you tried checking for duplicates in your particles folder? This is probably not the issue, but it's good to be sure ^^ Just delete any _0, _1, etc files in your particles folder

I have no duplicates in my particles folder, But again about the Create Blank Wrapper Being Grayed Out, Could Anyone Help?

So I went and looked up the reason as to why this could be the problem and this is what the results came up as:
o Did you download any engines for the wrapper? If not, click the '+' under the 'Engine' window and select an engine to install ( The latest is recommended ).
Apparently it will not work if you don't have at least one engine to use, already installed before the button will light up. ~

aaa It crashed again :c. Maybe I need to Uninstall?

I think the smartest thing to try would be to uninstall the two packs you downloaded as they clearly seem to be causing the issue here. Get it all outta there. And then try to re-download.
If your files are all jumbled or you can't tell what is part of the packs and what isn't, it might help just to do a full uninstall-re install. Make sure to save all important presets/maps if it comes to that.

Ah, How Unfortunate .... But Yes , As Stated Above You Should Do A Full Uninstall.
When you reinstall the game , check to see if the game runs better without the items / markings first. If everything does run nicely then it could very well be that your computer simply can't handle the extra load from the markings / items. But if you want those still you could try changing the settings to cut down on some of the 'load' like turning the water reflections off, etc and seeing if that'll help a bit.

Thank you. It's unfortunate that I have to do this. Will it save any of my characters if I uninstall?

Yes it will. The only difference is that any items or Mass Marking you used for the characters will no longer be there until you install them again. Any presets you have created will no longer be saved unless you make a back up copy c:

What's funny is it somehow did save my characters and I removed the markings and items so now all of my characters are white :'D Anyways It seems as if it works better without the Markings and Items, So I might just change the settings c:

How would I change the settings on the game? Ex. Turn water reflections off

When you start the game go option > video and then scroll down to where it says 'Water Reflection' and click the box to uncheck it c:

No prob. Quick Rundown c:
In your main FH folder, Put the markings in your textures. Media >> Textures.
Then just replace the .cfg file from the main FH folder like before ^^

Just put it in the main Feral-Heart Folder c: there should already be a .cfg file. All you're doing is replacing it when it asks you ~

Also, what do you click on to add a picture to your post? Just asking so I can show a picture to see if im doing it right :'D

No problem c;
Just take a screenshot and then do Ctrl V to paste it. You can use paint, Gimp and then just save it as a .PNG / .JPEG and then upload the picture to tinypic. Once it's uploaded take the bar code that has '[IMG]-Picture Link-[IMG] and then copy and paste it into the post and the picture will come up ^^

Okay this is what my main feralheart folder looks like currently, i logged on and it didn't work, it didn't crash but the items and markings weren't there. (http://i67BannedImageSite/3446sg0.jpg)

Replace the 'markings.cfg' file with the one that came with the download.

Before there was no Markings.cfg, that's the one that came with the download and i placed it there

Okay and if you put your markings in the texture part as well it should be working..I'll continue to look into this though if nothing changes c:

Ahah, Silly me for being confusing, I have a markings.cfg file, but I'm not sure what folder it's in or where it is. What I meant to say is that I didn't have a .cfg file in the place that you told me to put it :'D

No. The .cfg file ISN'T an actual folder, it's like a little a material file per say ( mini file ). You can open it as notepad if nothing else works. What you're doing...is dragging that file into the main Feral-Heart folder ( the picture you just showed me ) and when it asks if you would like to replace it, say 'yes' ^^

Nope, I can only open it in terminal, which is not notepad for me, it's more of a coding type of thing.
