My favorite map on Feralheart is Bonfire island. I like it because it was the first map I explored and very unique and its easy to find your way around. What is your favorite map and why? ^_^

Ooo nice topic c:
I personally like all the maps , each of them has their own little style that makes me like 'em depending on the situation..
Flourite - Scenery & Vast Groups. Might Bump Into A Roleplaying Session Once In A While.
Bonfire - For The Randomness.
Ficho / Ascension / Sky Rim / Atlantis - Relaxtion And Calming Music.
Cape - Scenery & A Nice Little Chill Spot.
South Pole - Music Video Making / Just Relaxing Without The Chaos.
Last Cave - Thinking Place.

Unpopular opinion: I really like Last Cave. Just had some pretty good memories there, and otherwise its just very peaceful!
I also am pretty fond of Fluorite, since I usually go there to sit in the corner and just watch everything happen, which is peaceful to me. Not to mention, I met some of my good friends in that map, so there's also a lot of memories there.
Really, all of the maps have had some sort of impact on me, or I remember a lot of things happening in them--South Pole and Bonfire are especially great at making me feel nostalgic.

Interesting topic!
This question can actually go a few ways for me because different maps hold different memories.
I think at the moment I'd have to say Flourite just because it's the largest map but I can always find friends hiding in there. And it's a nice place to unwind or just sit and have a chat. Plus, people tend to be very friendly there and it's entertaining to see all the different groups advertising.
Additionally, I like Last Cave because of it's isolated location. I didn't know it existed for a good two months when I first joined the game until a friend showed me. I love the atmosphere and the potential for some really creepy rps.
I also like Bonfire for entertainment sake obviously. I often sit in a certain bush and watch Simba TLK beat up TheRealScar TLK

Gotta say Bonfire is my favorite, just because it can get silly at times. But Ficho is a close second, and Last Cave and South Pole are tied for third. xD
-
Ahhh I love all of the maps, it's so hard to pick a favorite. Though I gotta say, even though it's a tad overatted, the Plains hold a very special place in my heart. Most, if not all of my memories were formed there. Runners up have to be Ficho and the South Pole though. c:

I hate to be the edgy sounding one here, but I love Last Cave and Atlantis. I guess they just have some quiet, gloomy and abandoned aesthetic that I've always been drawn to in games. I do like Bonfire though, despite the lag and the matecenters. It's just a small, simple map with one defining feature and it's rather nostalgic for me.
-
Whoever said Plains, I agree with you. The Plains made be loud due to advertising and stuff, but it's actually pretty peaceful.
-
A bit boring, but I'd have to say that my favourite map is Flourite. If you're looking for conversation, you can go to SB. Those more roleplay oriented can go to just about anywhere else. It's a large map with a lot to do, and I quite enjoy it.

Cape of distant worlds will always be the best map
even though its like dead nowadays
I had a ton of good memories there, hanging out at the cliff.
fun

I think my favorite map would be Fluorite Plains.
Cause I hang out there every day. And it's where I stalk roleplays :P
-
My favorite Public map would have to be Ficho. I enjoy Ficho because for one its a cave and I love it. Besides alot of my friends use to hang out there. The second favorite map would be South pole because it is really pretty snow wise. I find both of these maps calming.
-
If the map would be judged plainly by how it looks I'd probably give my coins to Sky's Rim or Bonfire, they just catch my interest way more than any other does. Due to the small space of bonfire it feels the most filled out of all maps made, even though it's fairly simple, and Sky's Rim feels like the most thought went into it out of all maps(not work) which makes it easy for me at the very least to appreciate it, not to mention it's quite pretty.
Counting away plainly how it looks though I tend to reside a lot in Fluorite, fairly easy to move around the maps from there and it feels like you reach out to most of the game with the type of users you meet there, when you sit in bonfire I feel a bit closed in, and the few conversations I might nudge into is mostly at stone bridge in Fluorite if anything.
-
I tend to hang out in Fluorite Plains and the South Pole. I don't really care for the others because they're either too crowded or they don't have many players.
-
Cape of distant worlds, just becuase from there I can really go anywhere I want from my maps. that and South Pole are a pretty "chill" place B)
-
Old Fluorite is on the top of my list mainly because of how much space is available there and how it looks, it's grassland makes me feel calm.
Oh, and i enjoy watching roleplays there.
-
I'm picking Flourite, It's a great and wide place with all sorts of formations and has a decent amount of activity. Other maps I would mention would be the Ficho tunnel and the Cape of Distant Worlds, though the latter seems to be empty around the time I get there. But I bump into people mostly on Flourite Plains, which is why it makes it my favourite.

Mmm... I give you a lil' apology for visiting this neat lil' topic so late ^^;
Hmm, I've played Feral Heart since January the 6th 2012, so I know the maps VERY well.
I've explored them countless of times whilst having fun adventures with many of my friends in them. Unforgettable!
Anyway,
Assuming that I should make a choice of my favorite map by its scenery and look, I would mostly - like Red - lay my eyes on Sky's Rim!
I can sometimes get a good will to climb up the Ascension Island just for the visit to that map.
Admit it, it's wondrous, amazing, adventurous, fantasyful, dreamy, can I say more?
Yes, I can give Sky's Rim almost a countless of positive describing words <3
Don't you just love it when you feel like you are your own god when you have reached Sky's Rim after the 250+ jumps in Ascension Island?
You can righteously and freely fly around that map! I love that.
You can fly around and role-play with your buds there! I tell you,
there's no doubt you would get fun out of that if you gathered a several people to join you with that!
You AND your friends could enter the very same dreamworld together and it's amazing! :)
And that was just 1 point to my post-count, folks ^^

Fluorite, hands down.
Specifically, that area around the Temple of Dreams portal.
I love the lush look of it all, and it just pleases the eyes.
-
Visually, it's gotta be Sky's Rim. It's just so pretty and calming. I absolutely love the waterfalls that drop all the way down to the sea. And I've gutted and modded FH so much that my water in-game looks endless against the horizon, so it's like Sky's Rim is heaven.
However, I do love Flourite and Bonfire Island. Their so active and fun to just sit and people-watch in!

Man this one's tough, I like them all. The first map I ever really role played in what the South Pole which made it a favorite, but I barely go there anymore, so I guess I'll have to say my favorite is Flourite because of how much that goes on there. Personally I wish that the South Pole would have some water in it, and maybe some ice. Just something to break up the landscape a bit more. As far as Flourite goes, the only thing I don't like about it is the lag because it tends to cause me to crash every now and then.
