Title: Failed to connect to front server + incorrect password [SOLVED]
Post by: rockethound on May 07, 2016, 02:04:16 pm
EDIT: Well I guess it isn't really "Solved" but. I figured out the reason I cannot play is because I created my account back when the number of characters in the username did not matter, and I made mine 17 - the new limit that prevents login is 16... If you are having a similar issue, I advise making sure your username isn't over 16 characters - if it is, we can wait for the new reg window together!  :'(

:-\ I'm getting the error message 'failed to connect to front server' plus, on occasion, it will connect but will show the message 'incorrect username/password' when I know for sure I am using the correct one. Using the new login/play game system has not fixed it, does anybody have any ideas?

If you're entirely certain that you're inputting the correct info, then all I can say is try contacting a staff for further assistance.
Remember, passwords are CaSE SEnsiTive & If you're using symbols make sure you're using the correct ones.
