I just downloaded the feralheart setup and it won't let me on... Help please? I expect it quickly because i wanna play it naow!!

Make sure you're logging into the login tab & keeping it open during your entire gameplay c;
You can access it when you click 'Play Game'.

Along with what Hakumi has told you, if you experience troubles with keeping it logged in, try using a tab refresher such as refreshthis.com or urlreload.com set to refresh every 25 seconds.

If you've got all that done and you're still having trouble connecting, simply close your FH game and restart it. It usually works upon restarting or being persistent on clicking that Login button on the main menu.

To basically summarise all the helpful tips that you've been given so far; in order to achieve a true connection between your account and the game so you can log in and play on your characters; simply click on the 'Play Game' option that can be viewed here on the forums. This will take you to a page where it will ask you for your login details - and here you just type in your game username and password and then click the 'Login' button. Leave this page open for the entire time you want to play FeralHeart, as this maintains connection, as already established. Then, simply open up the FeralHeart game and give yourself a quick 30-60 seconds before you try logging in on there so the connection can be made securely and strongly - and once you've logged in then you can play FeralHeart as you please! However sometimes the login page that you've got open in your browser logs you out which can be a bug, and that is why ArcticGalaxy has helpfully advised that you use URL Reload (http://urlreload.com/) or Refresh This (http://www.refreshthis.com/) and to set it to 25 seconds per refresh. This will stop your log in page logging you out accidentally.
