Everytime I try to log in it says "Failed to connect to front server." Can anyone help? I have not played in a while and I really want to but I keep on getting booted. ;^(

For starters, this goes in the help board ^^
Anyways, are you using the new login page? When you click, 'Play Game' you will be able to login with your details. If it's successful, a text saying 'You must keep this open to play' will pop up. Once that's out of the way, try logging into the game itself. Keep the tab open the entire time.
Finally, if it has been over a year or so and you haven't logged during that time, your account probably got deleted.

One last question. Im in the game and many of the people look quite blank. Like a bunch of white blobs moving around. Is there a file I should download to fix this?

Ah yes. The characters probably have mass markings. You can download them off DA if you look up 'Aug 22 Mass Markings' or if you want the newer version. 'Legendary Markings V5' I believe. ^^

Okay so I installed Aug 22 mass markings but everyone is still white lol

Ah. Make sure you put the textures on textures folder. From the FH folder go to media > textures. From there copy and paste everything EXCEPT the .cfg file.
Assuming that you have windows, replace the .cfg file that's in the main FH folder.

I'll move this over to the Game Help board since you are having an issue rather than introducing a topic for discussion. If you put the files in the correct folders as Hakumi suggested, the Mass Markings should show up for you. c:

For future ref if you need assistance with something, make your own help thread c:
As for your problem, when you login with the login tab try logging into the game itself. That tab that comes up saying keep the tab open while you play means you have connected with the server.
So login into the actual game and keep the tab up and running.
But make sure you're logging in with the CORRECT information as well or try switching browser's ( Chrome or Firefox ).
Another thing to keep in mind. If your user is longer than 16 characters it will not work.
If it has been over a year since you last logged in, the account might've been removed.
