Title: Preset Material Code

Hello there! I have a concern about having a material code for my next preset. This preset is for my best friend, and I need a code that resembles "Marking Blink." I have an example of what that is -----> markings on a preset (or the eyes) that blink their main color, go transparent with the base of the pelt color, and then blink again. I have a video to prove what I am trying to say:
