Title: Cant connect to front server

A few months ago, my game was working normally, I was using the 'Play Game' tab as usual, and it was running well.

I tried to do it this month though, and it wouldn't connect, no matter what

I tried:

leaving the 'play game' tab open in multiple browsers and devices
using another computer user
turning down the antivirus(avira)
turning down proxy
checking the firewall
reinstalling feralheart( four times)
opening and reopening the game plenty of times
waiting 1 or more minutes for the play game tab to connect to the game

I don't know what else I can possibly do, other than switching my computer, and i do not have any money right now, and probably won't have in a while. I'm from Brasil, in case the problem is caused because of countries and my username has less than 18 letters
If someone could help, I'd be very thankful

Make sure you're not minimizing the Play Game window when you're opening FeralHeart. Open FeralHeart on top of the browser and then try to log in. Also make sure your username is less than 16 letters, not 18. Another recommendation is to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

It could be something up with clouflare & it may still be down for your area since you have been at this for months now.
Other floofs on Brazil are still having this problem it seems but Raz has been informed and hopefully the game will work for you soon o;

Make sure that when you login to the "Play Game" area you don't have FH open. You have to have FH closed, login to the site THEN you can open FH and play.
