Title: Account Not Activated?

Alright, so a friend of mine contacted me asking if I could make a post for her. She recently signed up for FH under the username grapeflavored and had been playing for a total of 2 days. After the new patch, she wasn't able to log into her account anymore because it kept saying that she hadn't activated it yet, which she had. Is there a way to fix this?

Could try contacting a staff about this. There might be a specific link they could try but I might be wrong. Also, make sure that the have indeed updated Feral-Heart as well.
