So this is what happens. When I enter my username and password, The first time I enter them, it says it is incorrect. BUT when I enter it in again, it attempts to connect. In turn it doesn't and it fails to connect to the front server.

Have you tried logging into the login tab like before?
Also, make sure you have the updated version ( JIC ) and that you have reset your character's home a few times before sending them home themselves.
You could also try restarting your router in case it's your internet c:

To add on to Hakumi, be sure to keep the tab open, and it might not work right away. Keep trying if it denies you the first time.

Adding on to what has been said above, it could also simply be the servers being a bit loaded. I know not a lot of people have that issue, but there are a few people who's internet simply cannot connect to the server when it's that full. But don't hold me to that. Simply exploring possibilities. ^^'

- If it says that your log in information is incorrect then wont connect to the front server it could just be that you had misspelled something. When my login info is not correct I don't always get a little message that pops up telling me it's wrong... it just wont connect. Try to make sure your password isn't misspelled.
- Have you been able to connect before the update? If you were then ignore the paragraph below.
- Sometimes when you reinstall a program your anti-virus or built in firewall will block the program from connecting to the internet (the front server is the first thing the game tries to connect to). This is probably not the case but FH has been giving users issues with their anti-viruses saying it is a virus when it's not. Do you know what anti-virus you have? Just go online and look for a guide on how to "Change Firewall Settings" for whatever anti-virus you are using :]

1. Ive tried multiple times making sure my username and password exactly the same, ive changed my password multiple times.
2. Ive never been able to play.
3. Ive made sure my firewall allows it in.

I dont think its my internet. I went to a friend's house, I got the same error with my account, but her account worked fine.

Oh uh, did you activate your account? The game won't connect if you haven't.
You should have gotten an email with a link to activate it. If you didn't then this is something a staff member will have to help you with.
