Title: My friend is having problems with markings involving the update

Like the title says ^ but my friend downloaded her markings again and she put them in the correct folder but half her characters are still white. But only have the body.  So normal head and tail but white body? Can you help or know what to do?

Make sure she has one of the updated packs that are compatible with the game, and make sure that the .cfg file is going into the MAIN FeralHeart folder.

Make sure got the updated version Click Here (http://sephalovable.deviantart.com/art/Legendary-Markings-Feral-Heart-Marking-Pack-V4-538589673?ga_submit_new=10%253A1465509748&ga_type=edit&ga_changes=1) and that she put the markings in the markings folder and not textures.
Media>textures>markings. And that she replaced the .cfg files.
