This is the second time this has happened and the previous occurrence took 3 weeks to correct itself.
I start up Feralheart and before it even gets to the logo screens, it crashes and states.
"Feralheart.exe has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem."
Funny thing though, there is no solution.
Before anyone states the following, please note that I have done it all.
Uninstalled and reinstalled FH v1.13
Uninstalled FH v1.13 via control panel.
Downloaded FH v1.15 via uTorrent and installed
Uninstalled and reinstalled FH v1.15
Uninstalled FH v1.15 via control panel.
Redownloaded and reinstalled FH v1.15
Shut down Firewall prevention.
Redownloaded DirectX
Nothing has worked, this is entering its second week.
Why does the game do this? What possible reason does it have to work one day and crash the next?
And NO.
I have not:
Added new hardware
Changed settings
The most harmful thing I did was change my wallpaper to another image that it has been previously that caused no issues.
No I have not:
Downloaded any map packs or MODs and tried to install them, my game was perfect.
I have made zero changes to my routine and the game fails to work, it has happened on two separate functioning computers on both occasions.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

Maybe try changing your rendering system? Usually that does the trick.

Unfortunately my system only accepts OpenGL as a rendering system

Could it be possible that your computer's memory is full? Or maybe sometime in the downloading process, a file was misplaced? *tries racking tired brain for any possible solution*

Please reread the original post, as I said there was absolutely nothing that had been changed or edited, in fact it was working, I logged out for a moment in order to change my character, it crashed and then begun to crash before I even reached the crediting logos of the Game Start-up.
Absolutely nothing was done wrong that could have initiated the game's fritzing out.

My mistake. Sorry bout that. It may just be a bug that needs working out. I've tried thinking of everything that could be wrong. Sorry I wasn't more helpful fluff. Hope you can get this taken care of. ^^

Check your particles file for any duplicates. Particles ending in _0, _1, etc. If you find any, delete them.
Check the objects file for duplicates as well. See if it crashes while running FH as administrator.

Going back to what you said about Open GL being the only rendering system.
Have you went into your FH folder and found a .cfg file that says 'orge.cfg'
When you click it there should be something called Render System= and then another one right underneath it in parenthesis.
Not sure if it'll work for the update but you can try changing it to Direct3D9 I believe ( might have to look it up ).

UPDATED
After some major processing and troubleshooting my system has come up with an Error stating that Feralheart.exe is not compatible with my version of windows, Windows 7 Professional.
Anyone know how to fix it now?

Try right clicking the icon and then Troubleshoot Compatibility Hopefully it'll allow you to change it to the preferred settings.
Edit: Check Post Above, Just In Case

After uninstalling, have you tried COMPLETELY deleting the FeralHeart folder then installing?
