Title: Server connection

Ah, so I tried to get on Feralheart, I put in my user and password as always, and it says "Failed to connect to front server" so I was wondering, is the server down at the moment? Or is it something else? I'm cool with waiting for the server, but I'd like to now when it's back up.  :P

Server is not down. It seems to be over crowded. Have you logged in also on the log in page?

Did you reset your character's homes and then sent them home via user panel?

It would be better for you to make your own help thread fluff, that way people know you need help. As for your problem, make sure your internet connection is strong. You could also try restarting your router.

1. Make sure the login tab is open. I had the same problem because it kept closing by accident.
2. Check your firewall. The firewall could be causing this issue.
3. If none of those work, try running it as admin.

Did you reset your characters' homes and send them there? If not, I suggest doing so.

Steps after downloading and installing new update:
1. Reset your characters locations, all of them.
     Why? Because with the new maps and removal of only maps, your character will be stuck in a place that does not exist.
2. Open and log into the log in page on the site.

3. Open and run feralheart
 3.1. Log in
 3.2 Choose Character
 3.3 Play!

If you get a message such as : bad toke, or cannot connect to server (Or it doesnt work/crashes) 
  This could because of many reasons.
The main ones are:
A. You were logged out of the log in page and need to try again
B. The server is full or incredibly busy
C. Multiple particle files

This happened to me as well. For me to fix it I just pressed the login tab, waited 30 seconds, then entered the game. It worked, so I don't know if that is the solution or it just decided to be nice. I also suggest you (like everyone else said) reset your character's home and then send them home.

If this doesn't work, the server might be too crowded atm.

Allo! I have a problem similar. When I get onto my character the screen is black. All I see is my character (barely, from the black backround) and the icons. I re-download feralheart and it doesn't work. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall? Help would be amazing! <33

Be sure to make y'er own help thread the next time 'round ye need help. As f'er y'er issue, I r'sponded to ye on the update thread, so be sure to check that out and see if what I've said fixes anything.
