Title: Suggestion: Cat Ears replacer

im sorry i have too many ideas x'D

one thing I've noticed about FH is that the 'cat ears'... don't really look like cat ears, or at least not on the FH feline head. they're way too far back on the head and too small, even when sized up, in comparison to the head. Most cat characters don't even use the cat ears because of this, but use the neko ears instead- which are closer, but still not really like a cat's.

I'd like to suggest, for a future update when the staff are ready to make one-(no pressure to throw one out too soon guys xD) that the current cat ears could be replaced with more realistic-looking ones that actually look like cat ears.

I made a blender mockup but have no idea how to actually mod FH's models or animations seeing as I can't export to ogre. x.x

Nothing wrong with having ideas floof! But his is a wonderful suggestion. I do have to agree with you on the current cat ears. And yours is just spectacular. Maybe this could be worked into a future update. ^^

Ooh, this is a good idea! And I believe it's entirely possible as well. Though I don't think the staff would prioritize this yet, I'm sure some modder will try to change it. I personally don't like a few of the ears as well, there's a lot of them that could be changed to be more accurate to what the name says (the Hyena Ears especially feel a bit awkward to me). Nice idea! c:

Yes, this is a great idea! The neko ears look nice and all, but not exactly catlike. Even if it's just a mod that's implemented, I'd love to see this become a thing!

Those ears are really nice! I'm not sure if the game can be modded to implement them without changing the source code, but I hope they appear in the game someday :)

it actually can! they couldn't add entirely new ears, but they can replace the current ones by putting a new mesh in place of an old one, using the same filename as the old mesh. no source code required.

also, i can give out my cat ears if anyone wants to try and do this as a mod.

Ah! These are spectacular. Please do set up a download f'er this if ye can. I'm sure plenty of members, including m'self, would love to use y'er creation. These look way more cat-like than the current ones. They are kinda pointy and almost like a rabbit's. x3

I can give out the ear mesh themselves, but someone else will have to apply it to the model and turn it into a real replacer and etc considering I have no idea how to do that. xD

These are some lovely cat ears! They look allot nicer and more realistic than the ones we have currently x3
While I don't think the staff will be releasing another update anytime soon (we all need to adjust to this one first) if they ever did plan on releasing a new update, a good look at some game models, and maybe some animations, would be a good thing to do.

But, again, we have to get adjusted to this big development first, before we even think of planing that far ahead!
