Title: I can't find my marking pack or item pack. HELP

Alright... I went to my mom's for a week and I came back to play Feral Heart and it wouldn't let me play so I checked the forum and it said re-download it... So, I did. and I hopped on and seen all my characters with markings and items were BLANK! I keep checking the internet for my packs i remember the names to each if them I think... And I can't find them..  SO if you guys could send me a link to then packs that would be GREAT! if you could that would be beautiful and you would be a life saver!...
