Mmyes, a lot of my friends don't use the Forums.
They can't get into their characters, no matter what they do. THey tried resetting and going home, nothing. They looked in their particles folder for duplicates, nothing. It just keeps crashing on the loading screen.
THey'd really like help, cause they're a leader in a roleplay and they need to be able to come online.

They may need to try reinstalling their game or change the rendering system.

Have they already installed the new patch? If not, even resetting their home won't do much, since they would still be trying to connect to the old maps. If they have, perhaps suggest to them to download the Light version of the patch (there is an option to download the Light or Full version when installing the game.) It's possible that their computers are having difficulty due to the lag of the maps.
