Title: Can't see downloaded preset

I download my friends preset and put it into the preset folder but when she ask me if I saw it I couldn't see anything just her defult character :(
I have tried to look for a soulution even tried downloading in for myself to see what would happen.... Plz Help :(

Did she try uploading the preset again in case her download doesn't work correctly?
And once she does that, she should give you a new link for it. Also, be sure she replaced the material file that's in her my presets folder / preset folder. I did that and it worked for a few of my other friends that had presets.

Make sure the download your friend is providing you with is the .fhp file with their username and preset number in the title. Also make sure you are putting it in the FeralHeart>>presets folder. Having the original artwork images will not work here.
