So the login isn't working. In the game, it works perfectly. The other part (Online) isn't working. I put in my username and password, pressed LOGIN, and then it cleared. I changed my password and tried, but still that strangeness. Can anybody help me? :'(

Are you sure you're inputting the correct information?
Password is CaSE SEnsiTiVE.
Also, the server might've removed it if it has been inactive for 1+ years.

I could of been removed due to inactivity as Hakumi said, but it could also be a glitch in the site. Sometimes parts of the site don't work correctly and with all of the changes recently I wouldn't be surprised if it glitched up for the time being.

You could also try to use a different internet browser than the one you are currently using or try to log in on a mobile device.

Unfortunately, once a user has been removed from the server, I don't think it can be retrieved for it no longer exists. You would have to wait until registration opens again ( which could be awhile because of the site maintenance. Sorry Floof ~!

Everything else is still intact and I have never broken a rule? surely there's a way to restore it? Also keeping registration closed all the time is a bad idea if you want players

Yes, But it's removed from the server permanently, or, 'Lost To The Internet Void' as Red put it in one of the posts he responded to so there's no way of fetching it, even if you haven't broken the rules.
As for registration, it's only disabled for the time being because the site is getting redone, so once it's more settled / finished, registration will be back up again. In the meantime, all we can do is be patient ^^;

We don't know. Raz is working hard that's for sure so everything is still a bit... 'new.'
Another thing, you should probably try contacting a staff about this, but I believe that the auto-delete is there so that way it'll get rid of the inactive accounts, along with making sure there isn't a 'clutter' of accounts & for protection as well possibly.

The game has not been closed for new members for over a year, registration opened at random times and the staff has no control over that. It's to help avoid the overflow of new members coming in last I heard until recently with the site being modified and it's not a permanent thing. As for the ban thing for being inactive, that is new to me. I know your account get removed after a years worth of inactivity and the 5 attempts thing is to avoid other people trying to use the account and such but I could be wrong.
