Give >THIS< (http://www.feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=57234.0) a try floof. It's the new default with Legendary. I know you probably don't need it all but I couldn't find them by itself. ^^'

Oh, looks like I'm not out of the rabbit hole yet.
I went to put some markings on a character (canine model) and quite a few just turn into this:

Any idea what might be causing this?

Are you putting the markings in the right folder floof?

I can guarantee that I did, as almost any other markings are working (from what i saw messing around with the canine model) except for the majority of the tail markings.

Switch back to default and see if that's the case with the markings or just that pack.
Seems like some files aren't getting mixed maybe..

This is the new mango marking pack for FeralHeart.
The thing I react on the most here is that it doesn't really show as it would normally if there was a problem. If it was a material problem and it was looking for something that doesn't exist it would be white. If it was a texture problem and the game was looking for a texture that didn't exist it would be yellow and black.
This makes me think it could be a rendering issue, especially if you look on that weird artifact looking part on the bottom of the tail. Try changing your rendering mode in video options, restart the game and see if it does anything. If it doesn't help, do you have anything installed such as GUI mods or textures using those colors?
They're not exactly normal to show in the game.

hail the walking mango-animals
Sure enough, switching the rendering over fixed the problem! Thank you so much for your help!
