Title: Multiple troubles with map maker

I got quite a few of them, map maker has been the bane of my FH gaming since before the update x.x

I export maps with objects
-successfully exported, items don't show up
collisions don't work even when they're checked
glitching through everything

my main issue now is I can't seem to make any new maps. Every time I type in my custom terrain name, the game turns solid white and crashes by itself. Doesn't matter what terrain, it does it. It only started doing this yesterday, and I didn't even touch the game :/ the terrain file's settings and colors and name is fine too
is there a way to fix this?

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, in case there's any files that went bad(?)
Another thing to know, is that make sure that your map is compatible with the update now. Some objects that worked for the old FH might not work with the newer one.
Also, make sure that the files are going in the correct place and that there's no duplicate particles what so ever.

Also be sure that your heightmap is:
-Grayscale
-One layer/Flattened/Alpha Channel is off
-Image is 513x513

I'm not sure if the files are in the right place, as a while back(before the update) I was given multiple instructions on where to put them(all seemed to vary a bit) by some peeps who made items, and I'm not sure if they're in the right folders x.x I'm pretty sure they are, as most of them excluding a few don't show up in game. I would've started over like you said, but some of the items are no longer downloadable, and I spent months on this one map and I don't want to loose all the progress x.x
perhaps they aren't compatible, I'm not sure. Not sure whats up with the terrain though

Well, if this is before the update, then there could be a possibility that some of the objects, aren't compatible for the newer update... as much as it sucks if no other solution comes up, you might have to find some replacements. . . .

Have you tried changing your rendering system and seeing if that helps instead?
