Title: Preset Problems

So, my friend made this fancy new preset for one of my characters.. But there's a slight problem. My friends cannot see it, I've exported it and made sure the file matched my username exactly, they download it off meadia fire or dropbox. They've put it into the right place, but it still won't work.. Does anyone know what's going wrong?

Did you friend try quitting the game completely and then relogging? Or you could try logging off and opening the game again and see if that helps.

Make sure they put them in the presets folder, not My_presets and make sure it's the correct preset number and username. Also it should be a .fhp file.

Not only what has been mentioned above but make sure there are no numbers at the end of the preset they are downloading.
Example:
Good: BillyJoe_1.fhp
Bad: BillyJoe_1.fhp(1) or any other number.
