Everytime I launch the game,before the start (after the 2 pics of Kovuworks and ogre) it crashes,when the game is on the start screen and I log in with my account it crashes,when I can get to the character selection and choose one,I try to enter the game but it crashes, everything crashes; the world crashes,my house crashes,my dog crashes... wtf I cannot open the game as Administrator because I'm on Windows XP and it doesn't let me to, my firewall isn't blocking it and I haven't touched any folder, I also reinstalled it 3 times and changed the rendering systems to Direct and back to OpenLG but it keeps crashing.

Maybe it could be your graphics are out of date. Try updating them or lowering it.

The graphics are on "Fastest". And I don't know how to upgrade them.

Have you installed any items, markings, or add-ons lately? If you have, it's quite possible that you have misplaced or accidentally removed a file. You could also try checking for double particles located in your Feral Heart >> media >> particles folder (delete any files ending in _0, _1, etc.,) and make sure that you have downloaded the new patch. If all else fails, you can always delete your FH folder (while backing up any files that you want to keep, such as maps, presets, and screenshots) and try for a fresh re-installation of the game.

It could very well be that the game no longer works properly with windows xp. Windows xp is an older system and recently a lot of things stopped supporting it. I read an article recently saying that windows xp is no longer supported by a bunch of things now that windows 10 is out. I can't be positive about this, but as I said there is a chance that windows xp just might not be compatible with the new update for the game.

Before installing the new update, did you uninstall the old FH prior? If you didn't use the uninstall.exe to do so, your computer might be confusing older files with the newer ones. I would suggest doing a clean uninstall using the uninstall.exe if you haven't already and then reinstalling.

To install the new update I erased the old folder of the game and then installed the new one with the full version. (not the lightest) and when I tried to install it the first time I didn't erased the old one and installed the new FH on the old FH folder.

Even if I unistall the game by using the unins00(that's the name of the unistaller) the folder keeps inside my computer,I think the reason is because I have it in the local disk (C:) I'm going to try to unistall it again,erase the folder and install it again but put the folder somewhere else.

The folder being in the local disk has nothing to do with it, though you could try installing it in a different place if that would be easier for you.

Hm, that's weird. I just responded to another thread that had the same file come up. It could possibly be a corrupt file that didn't get properly installed when doing the reinstall. Did you use the WebSetup or Torrent to install? Also, you haven't altered/added mods after doing the reinstall, correct?

I haven't added any mods and I used uTorrent to download the Setup.

Make sure you also have an updated DirectX, as there may be a lack of a rendering subsystem.

The old version of FH ran correctly and perfectly without crashing, I have Avast antivirus and I think it's not blocking the game, because I don't really know where can I see if it's blocking it or not. xD
And Directx is updated because when I installed the new update of FH it said it was updating it before finishing the installing.

And also, if you want to check if it's being blocked by your antivirus, normally you can open the anti virus program and locate your firewall through it to find out what's allowed through or not. I'm not too familiar with Avast, but normally most softwares have that option.

I changed the rendering system to Direct3D(i think its called like that) and tried to enter the game and it crashed,then tried with OpenGL and crashed,again. And i think the anti virus was blocking it so I'm going to try.

One last question please, how do i put mass markings now? qDq i see everyone white and sometimes the dialogue box and the box where you have to put your account and password is white and i cannot see what is people talking about... qwq

What you're going to want to do is take all the markings images in the download and move them to FeralHeart>>Media>>Textures>>Markings. Let it replace any existing markings.
Then In the download there should be a file called "markings.cfg". Take that and just drop it into your normal FeralHeart folder, and let it replace the existing file as well. c:

Alright,got 'em thanks :3 And I see the chat box white, I think that texture is missing or something and I can't see what is people talking about, could you give me the texture or tell me if the texture has another name or something please?

Unfortanuetly I have a mod installed so I don't have the orginal texture to give you. I don't know the exact name of the texture file, but I'm sure it has box in the name, I think? Can't remember, sorry. I would check but I'm away and don't have a computer to check it on. If you post a screenshot of your textures folder I may be able to point it out to you though.

I believe it is the Text Field and Text Area images that pertain to the chat boxes. They look normal though so I couldn't see why they'd appear white in game. The only thing I could think of is maybe doing another clean reinstall.

I've reinstalled it when it didn't work and when i could get to the start screen sometimes the boxes appeared normal and with textures but now they dont seem to be working.

Hmm, try changing your in game resolution. You can do so through the options. You may also want to try messing around with some of the chat settings to see if that changes anything.

Thanks to both of ye,I changed the rendering system to OpenGL and now it works perfectly *u* thanks everyone that helped me :'3 loves u all <3
