Title: I got the new update but everyone is white?

I know that there is a marking glitch where your character turns white because you are missing the marking they have on, giving those people the nickname "Marshmallow" characters. This happened once I downloaded the new update and I can't find where to download the new marking pack. Can someone give me a link to what I have to download? I think I can figure it out from there.  :)

you can use them. ^^ also, there is 2 different legendary markings I think.. (and items) So make sure you get them (search them on google)
