I feel like I might have done this years ago, but I've been gone a while and, more importantly, I'm housesitting and kind of have nothing to do. Please alleviate my boredom; I'll gladly talk about any of the following:
- Art stuff
- Modding and Texturing stuff
- Personal stuff (I mean within reason, you're not getting my bank account number)
- Stuff about boat operation or cat/dog/horse genetics because I happen to have an abnormal amount of knowledge about those two topics in particular, for unrelated reasons
- Anything else that isn't in those categories, I'll probably answer, I'm really bored

How did you come up with your name?(It is very unique)
What is your favorite animals?
-
Honestly, I came up with it as a teenager specifically because there were a lot of different ways it could be interpreted (and also because my full default handle, tearlessrain, is pretty much never taken when I register for sites). It's held up pretty well over the years for that reason.
As for favorite animal... that's a hard one. I like a lot of animals. Definitely a fan of all the usual ones, foxes, wolves, cats of all sizes, birds of prey and whatnot. I do really like patagonian cavies though. They're just really adorable and underappreciated, they look like little deer-rabbit hybrids.
Thanks for the questions!

1. Do you ever cry? *points at username*

4. Favorite song?
5. Do you play any instruments?
6. Any sports?
7. Do you do crafts? If so what crafts do you do?

Ah Tearless~You and your artwork have been a huge inspiration in the years past for me, so its fitting that I ask, how do you get inspired to create a piece? Is there something you go to or a method you use?
What do you enjoy about art and drawing?
-
Ah thank you! That means a lot :3 There are a lot of reasons I enjoy it; for one thing I have a lot of story/character ideas but I'm a terrible writer and visually-oriented person in general, so I love being able to bring my concepts into physical existence that way (or other peoples', that's fun too). It's also a nice way to either vent or focus my brain and tune out things I'm unnecessarily stressing over. And sometimes I just like making things that look nice and that's as deep as it is :P
The inspiration thing is a tricky question, there isn't really a method or anything to it. I don't try to come up with ideas so I can draw, I draw because I have ideas that need to go somewhere, if that makes sense.
I hope this all doesn't sound painfully pretentious but I dunno how else to explain it

Hello ^^ It is pleased to meet you through your ask-me
I'd love to ask some questions about texture topics since I am a beginner and I'd love some advice if you don't mind ^^
1) What program did you use to create your textures & other mods?
2) Did you use any specific paintbrush/texture skin thingy you found through google?
3) Did you have to go through many modifications to make them look so realistic?
4) How long did it take you to make a successful texture? :0
5) Did you use tablet to create them or not?
6) ^ if not, can you tell me how you managed to make them look so good because I am trying to make them through compooter and they are a pain in the neck ? XD
7) How are you? :D
Thanks ^^

Not to me, anyway. I am totally the same way! Except, unfortunately, I am terrible at drawing. Sometimes with advice my drawings get good, but then life catches up to me and I am right back to square one terrible drawings. I wouldn't say that I am visually-oriented, but it sure comes quickly after an inspiration.
To me, inspirations spark almost as arrangements of previous ideas. Hard to describe, but shortly after I get a picture.
For example, I might be thinking about the fact that there need to be more good fox adventures out there. Then when I think of what one might want in one, the personality of the character and plot events that would be most awesome come next.
On FH it is different though, there I usually just mess around with the design until I see a character that looks cool, then give a personality.
