Title: Need help downloading the new update

I have tried downloading the newest update, but I can't find a reliable way to do it with torrent. My main problem is when I click on web setup it takes me to this:

Hm, I seem to be getting the same page too. It may just be a glitch with the site, since it's been going through a bunch of maintenance lately.
Perhaps someone has the link saved that leads to the Web Setup download? Other than that, this may be something f'er the staff to look in to.
