when ever i login it says failed to connect to front server. does anyone know why?

Use the login page: http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php)

Type your in-game username and password into those boxes, and keep the page open while you're playing the game.

That should help the situation.
