I have a side account that I registered a few months back, but it doesn't work.
I can log into the Feral Hearts website, but to log into the forum, it tells me the account doesn't exist and I can't log into it from the page that allows you onto the FH servers.
I'm not quite sure what to do about this problem or what can be done. Any help please?

Make sure you have the right password, and user name. You could also try messaging one of the staff members about it, and see if they can find the account. I know that after 1 year of inactivity the account can get deleted, but I doubt your account was deleted.

Adding on to what was stated above. Were ye sure that ye activated the account during registration time? An email gets sent to ye when ye make the account and ye 'ave to click the link provided in the email to activate it and keep it running. If this was not done during the time registration was open then the activation didn't occur.
