Title: Acount Problems
Post by: TheWolf123 on August 09, 2016, 08:23:57 pm: A while back I created a FH account and it works perfectly fine even now,but I decided to make another account.I registered THIS account that i'm posting this topic on right and it logs in the webpage perfectly but it doesn't work on the game.When the new update game and that you had to login with that webpage came it still doesn't work! It's been two years and when I try to login it says that the password and username are not the same.

Here are some solutions I tried:
1.Reinstall the game
2.turn off my firewall
3.Restart my computer
4.Try it on a different computer/laptop

Please help!

Post by: Reaper on August 09, 2016, 08:34:10 pm: Make sure you activated your account right after you registered for it. Also be sure you have the correct password, and if you don't make sure you copy the password exactly how it says since it is case sensitive. Also your account could have been deleted if you weren't on it for a certain amount of time.

Post by: Enoki on August 09, 2016, 08:40:28 pm: One thing I would add is to make sure that y'er not using the NumPad to log in. FH doesn't accept the NumPad keys, so if y'er password contains numbers, use the line of keys at the top of y'er keyboard.

Post by: Shazadah on August 09, 2016, 11:15:07 pm: You may also want to check and make sure that your password and username are not over 16 characters. FeralHeart has a 16 character limit for both and any account that has a password and/or username over that will not work. If this is the case then the account is useless other than using it on the forums.
