Title: Unable to connect to front server.

So I've had this problem all day. I've searched and searched, in the deepest, darkest corners of the forum, the deviantart pages and tumblr.
I keep getting the "can't connect to front server" error.
I use to get this error all the time, about two years ago. I would just have to leave it for a few hours. So I did. Still getting the error. I've tried logging in from a different computer, tried using a different internet connection, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting. I even turned off my firewall. There's already an exception for FeralHeart in my firewall. But nothing's worked. I read somewhere that you had to have the webpage open. I tried that and, surprise surprise, nothing.
Is there another part of FH I need to allow through the firewall? Or is it just the .exe file? I have a feeling it's because of something with my firewall/antivirus, but windows 10 is complicated ; v ;

You have to make sure you're keeping signed in and that the page is not minimized, otherwise it could log you out and therefore, prevent you from signing into the game.

Yeah I know. I've only been on Windows 10 for about a month now, so it hasn't caused me any issues so far *knocks on wood*. When you say you tried leaving the webpage open was it this page? http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php)
If it was you were on the right track, but make sure it isn't minimized.
