Title: Disconnecting problem

hi guys! I needed some help regarding this problem i have, when ever i log on to the game it lets me play for about 5 minutes before it disconnects me from the map server or from the game entirely.  when i quit and try to get back in, everything freezes. the game is pretty much unplayable at this point and i absolute LOVE this game and wanna play it as soon as possible. what should i do about this?
