I always use join.me ;3 No cam or microphone, but you can turn it on in if you want to. It's a pretty cool program that you download.

Well, I have never streamed my art before, but I know a few artists and friends o' mine use the two of these to stream art with:
Livestream (http://original.livestream.com/guide/livetv)
Picarto (https://picarto.tv/)
There's also join.me but those are more private and restricted to small parties.
I think in any streaming site, cams and microphones are optional. And Twitch actually allows art streams? I haven't read any further about that. I would choose Picarto to be the best option if you're a person who is savvy and streams frequently, Livestream if you're just a casual who would just share content once in a while, and join.me if you like small groups and talking with each other.
Then again, I never streamed on any of these so *shrug*
