Title: S.O.S. (lots of problems with site and game)

Hello, i am a long-time member who just recently remembered FH and missed it dearly! I got on the site and logged in and re-downloaded the game. For the past week, I have tried to connect to the server and it will not start up :'(. I am running it on a Windows laptop through Chrome. My internet is very good. Also, i have told my friends about the game and they want to register and play, but for the past 3 weeks it has said registration is closed. Some help would be greatly appreciated! I miss the game so much, it brings back so many good memories!

Be sure to be logged into this tab here (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php) before ye run the FH application. Not sure if y'er logged in to the right page of the site, if so, be sure to check y'er IP address. If the address does not coincide with the one ye created the account with, it may not let ye log in.

Due to our staff working on some site updates, the registration is temporarily suspended. Registration will kick back into play once the site is done with maintenance.

Hope this solved y'er problems. Let me know if ye 'ave any other questions.

Thank you for the quick response! Having that window open helped me get on the server, but all my wolves are gone!! Is that a symptom of the new update or??? Also, do you know when registration will re-open so i can tell my pals? Oh another thing is it is very laggy but it's always been like that X3

Registration is halted entirely because of site work and it will be back when the forum update is completely finished (with fewer activation problems, glitched accounts, etc).
As for the lag problem, have you tried changing your game's video settings a bit from the menu?
From the game's settings you can select the video options and turn your View Distance to 0 & turn off Water Reflection.

All of your old characters should be there, unless if you've deleted all of them in the past or something (and you ended up forgetting this). But, did you reset and send them home?

These helpful floofs seemed to 'ave covered just about everything.

As f'er y'er missing wolves, ye may 'ave deleted them a while back and f'ergot about it. The update should not  'ave messed with any of y'er characters. Do any of y'er friends 'ave access to y'er account? They may 'ave deleted them or it could just be a fluke.

If what ye mean by gone is that they aren't loading into any of the maps, be sure to log into y'er user panel on the site and reset all their homes. FH has removed all the old maps and added some brilliant, new shiney maps to explore, so ye got to reset their homes and send them there so they can connect to the new maps and not the old ones where they currently are floating in the black abyss.

I do not recall deleting any of them... oh well. It's been a few years so maybe a fresh start is good :-) Thanks for all the help ya'll!!
