Title: Ugh, I need help

Um... I seriously need help.
I'm able to log in and such, including get to the page with my characters, but when the loading screen comes up.. Well, that's when things just go downhill. The loading screen will stay on there for about ten to fifteen or twenty seconds, and then a message will come up, stating "Failed to connect to map server. Retry?" And I've tried clicking "Try again", but it doesn't do anything.
And I've got the one page open (you know, the one you have to have open while playing the game), so I'm sure that wouldn't be the problem.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you go into the control panel and reset your character's homes and send them there?

Click on the Here to get to the Character Reset page:

Then Click on the Reset Home Buttons and Go Home buttons for each character. Where it's blank on this picture, there will be the names of your characters

Nope, I haven't done any of that. Thanks for the tip! I'll try it.
