Title: My friends preset won't show up for me?

Hey there,
I have a little problem.
My friend made a preset for their character in a Roleplay of mine.
But the preset won't show up for me.

This is how their character shows up

We have tried re-exporting it, redownloading it, restarting Feral-Heart multiple times.
As we don't have others download the preset yet, we do not know if it shows up for others

I hope someone can help us,

I noticed that your friend's username is kitzat with a lowercase k, and in the exports folder it looks like the .fhp has an uppercase k. When your friend exports the preset they must type in their username exactly how it appears ingame, counting capital letters as well. Just ask your friend to type their username with a lowercase k before exporting and this should fix it. Hope this solves the issue! c:

We just tried that. But it won't work unfortunatly :c

Try having them re-upload the preset and try again.
Sometimes that's all you need.

well, I have her preset now.
Strange thing.... It started to show up when I downloaded a Markingpack :')

Then they might not have a preset on. XD

I will go ahead and lock this up since the problem appears to have been fixed.
