Title: All of my Animals are gone :(

Hello Everybody:

I will start off by saying that I have not been on Feral Heart for years-- probably about four years. I downloaded the new version and was able to sign on today, ready to play. Sadly, none of my animals were there. I read somewhere that after a year, your account automatically gets deleted. I do still have an account, I just don't have my critters. I'm pretty sad that they're gone  :'(, and was wondering if there's a way to recover them, or f they're gone because I've been gone so long. Any information helps! Thank you so much in advance!

I've never heard of this happening but I assume there is no way to get them back. :( I'm afraid you'll have to remake them.

No problem! Really sorry about your characters. But you'll make some new ones and it should be just like before. A staffer should be along soon to lock this for ya. cx

It's possible that you once deleted all of them but simply don't remember doing it

Try logging in to http://www.feral-heart.com/user/index.php as it will really show if you have characters left on your account. You'll see their names if they're there. If this is the case, then click "reset home" then "go home" (for all of them). Not really sure but this seems to do the trick for some people
