All I'd like to know is if Paint Tool SAI could help me create a preset? I usually use it to draw and I'm sure it has the same uses as photo shop or gimp BUT I want to make SURE cause I don't trust my own opinion. If anyone has ever used SAI to create a preset and succeeded I'd love to know! Also I'd love if anyone could direct me to some cool textures for my preset. Thanks for any answers! :)

Yes, SAI does work for making presets. It's actually one of the prefered software for many.

These are mostly canine, as these are the ones I know and I make mostly canine presets. I recommend looking around deviantart. (In the collections on the right hand side on some of these links)
