Hello. I have been trying to download the new update for the web one, but it gives me "We cannot reach this website" or something like that and I cannot reach the homepage. What can I do? :c

Have you been testing out any of the zoom options (namely, by pressing f1, f2, f3, or f4)? If you press one of these buttons, it can change what mode you are viewing in the game, but pressing f2 should return you to the regular orientation of the game.

If you are referring to how your character moves in the game, toggling the right/center ctrl button can affect this. You may need to flip back and forth to see which one you are more comfortable with. c:
