Title: "failed to Connect to front server"

it usually says that message when I try to log on and forgot my password, but this time I know my password (I know that for sure since I was able to log onto here) and I am not banned. Im not really sure why that isn't working since my internet is working and my password is correct. Help! (could it possibly be that I need to update the game or something?)

Are you using the Play Game tab? At the top right, or the link below:

Make sure you keep the tab open and let it sit for a couple minutes before you open the game client

Ah, This happens to me a lot as well. If you are using the website but it still comes up with the message, Just close the game and try it again. Hope this helped.

Yes, you do need to download the game's update in order to play, as the old maps do not work anymore. Read more about the patch here:

Keep in mind your password is capital sensitive and must match the password entered during registration. Make sure that your Caps Lock is not on.
Also, the numpad does NOT work in the game (if you have any numbers in your password). Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

Even if you've changed your password on the forum before, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.
