Hi! My friend, ChibiGodBell, has forgotten her password. She sends in the email, puts in the code, but every time she does it says invalid. Can someone help? She really wants to play.

The whole "forgot your password" feature isn't really working that well (as I'm sure you and your friend have noticed) since registration is closed off completely. Perhaps she wrote down her password somewhere or maybe the email is still somewhere in her inbox (from when she first made an account)?

She said she can't find her password anywhere, or the email.

Did she put in a different email? Or maby put the code in wrong? You can try doing forgot your password a few more times and put in a different code and see if that helps. Best regards~

Or maby when Registration opens you can try forgot your password then.
