Title: Why are there so many white characters with black manes?

So I see a lot of white and black characters. Not the kind where people use that as their character design- the kind where they all look the same and it's some sort of game glitch.

But it's not, right? I think it's got something to do with mods? If I don't have the same mods as somebody, does their character appear as white with a black mane?

No, I don't. Could you link me to where I could read more about this, and possibly download it?

I think your issue is due to you missing the Legendary Markings pack.

Here is the link to download. There should be instructions in the zip file:

Locking since the problem was solved. Some of those markings are pretty fun to play around with and use for your own characters, so have fun with them!
