Hi,
since I downloaded the update from June I can't play the game.
I log in to the website, open the "play game" tab and leave it open. Some minutes later I open the game, log in, choose my character and click "start". Then the loading screen appears. Even after 15 minutes of waiting it still shows the loading screen and so I can't play the game. Restarting the game doesn't help.
Can someone tell me what I can do to play it again?

You probably need to reset your characters first and send them home. You need to go to the play game tab and log out then you will see near the bottom that says something like, "Unstuck your characters here." And you then click the link that it shows. After that you must reset your character and then click the send home button.

It sounds like what your problem is, is what fireboss described. As it sounds like you've been having some other troubles, I'd also recommend getting a tab refresher on the login tab page just to be sure it can't log you out. I've been having more problems with that lately myself. I use "Page Refresh" for Chrome
