Title: Mask Issues.
Post by: primal on November 24, 2016, 05:48:44 pm

Im having issues with my dark characters, they have an odd color which bothers me horribly. Im not sure what's causing it, I imagine its with the masks yet i've tried to edit them all and it doesn't seem to help.

What Im Dealing With

If anybody has or will make an edit to fix this, i'd really appreciate it~

I'm not at the computer right now so I can't make it for you myself, but yes that is indeed the mask.  I believe it's fmask1 or something like that. Cmask1 if you are a canine. What you'll need to do is place a black texture behind it when you are editing so you can see the blotch and so you can erase it.

Hope this helps :)

I know what you're dealing with. This is just a main part of the game.
You could get a fur texture to get rid of this. I'm pretty sure if you look hard enough you will find a texture that looks like the feline texture but without the problem you have.
Hope this helped. I will try to find a similar fur texture for you.

It isn't  a problem with the actual fur texture, it's the mask with the eyes and mouth. There's a lot of headmasks alone, it can get confusing :)
