I'm new to feral heart but have had this account for a while. every time try to play the game i ll login and i'm positive my password and username are correct. a small window pops up and says "cannot connect to front server". I already tried unblocking any anti virus and firewall stuff. that's all cleared. and i know its not the internet connection because iv'e connected to 3 different wifi sources. and even tried MacDonald wifi. i have tried to play the game on 2 different laptops and 2 desktops so far and it still says the same thing. i'm wondering if i need to check something off that i missed, or if the game doesn't run anymore? is there a certain time where the game plays? if you know whats going on please help i' :(m so lost.

Make sure you're logging into the Play Game (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php) tab. And be sure you have it running behind the actual game window and not minimized.

The solution given above should fix your problem, but your characters will be still stuck in the old maps. To prevent that, go to the User Panel (http://www.feral-heart.com/user/index.php) and type in your nickname & password. After that, click "Reset Home" and then "Go Home" on every single character you have. Now your characters will spawn in the new Lonely Cave! I hope your problem will be solved soon, good luck!
