'scuse me kiddo. If you are in the RP you are in, please give out your preset's fhp file. If you cannot, nobody can see your preset.

Is there a place I should post it on the forums, or just link it to the members of the packs?

It's totally up to you if you want to give your .fhp file to others. But that preset is lovely. So realistic....

You can edit the forum post you made with the preset and add in the download link there. If users download the FHP file, they will be able to see your preset. However, you can choose if you want to upload it onto the forums or give it to your pack members.
