This has something to do outside of FH. I am sorry if this does not belong here..
I click on a picture, click on one of the other picture suggestions.. AND NO MORE!? I have to close the picture and reopen it and click on another one to actually see them..
This has something 2 do with images ONLINE. [Like, lets say you look up eevee. Click on Images. That's it. ]
Help please? :(

Perhaps try clearing your browser cache/cookies?

Try browsing in incognito mode and seeing if that fixes it (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome)

That doesn't fix it either :)

Any firewalls on that you think could be affecting it?

Firewall? No, I don't think so. I never go into my firewalls.

Hmm. Just incase you want to test it here's the instructions for disabling your Firewall (and also to enable it back after you're done testing) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/c9955ad9-1239-4cb2-988c-982f851617ed/turn-windows-firewall-on-or-off (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/c9955ad9-1239-4cb2-988c-982f851617ed/turn-windows-firewall-on-or-off)

Hah. No. I won't go into my firewall, as it has never blocked images. I can pretty much fail at doing stuff and I don't tamper with hard things like the Firewall.

Does it only happen with Google Images? Try looking through another search engine like bing in images and seeing if there's a problem there too
Title: Re: H-help?
Post by: Melon on December 09, 2016, 06:21:00 am
I'd rather prefer to stay on Chrome, but Bing actually doesn't have that problem.
However, I am staying on Chrome.
Firewalls are impossible to deal with for me.

Yeah, I like Chrome too. Search engine ie: Google, Bing, Yahoo etc...

Tested out Bing, it doesn't have the problem.
I really DO want to stay on Chrome...

You can use any search engine for Chrome. Until you figure out what's causing the issue, use Chrome but go to bing.com or yahoo.com or somethin' like that.

You don't necessarily have to go into your firewall, you could just temporarily disable it. :) That could rule out that it's a firewall blocking something.
What operating system you on? Windows 7? 8? 10?
And you should have a firewall if you're running on Windows.

i could have a firewall.

Scroll down to the section: "Disabling the Windows Vista and Windows 7 firewall". It will give you instructions on where to find your firewall and tell you how to disable it. Keep that window open and accessible because what I'm thinking you should do is a temporary disable, then try searching in Google Images as a test, and reenabling it after you figure out if that affected it.

And you have tried the incognito browsing? Incognito would rule out if they accidentally got an extension or other browser tool installed affecting it.

Back and forth discussion does that :P Okay. Now I know you already cleared cookies, but I should've just had you clear your browsing data as a whole.
Click on this link: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData (http://chrome://settings/clearBrowserData)
And select everything like in the image below (you can probably deselect Passwords incase you use the "Remember my password" in Chrome)
Then click Clear browsing data and then I recommend a pc restart just in case

Don't WANT to restart, so I just cleared the history.
It didn't DO ANYTHING.

A restart might do you good though. Especially if you haven't restarted after clearing your Chrome data

I know that you said you didn't want to switch from Chrome, But, FireFox is basically a more complex version of Chrome. Just a suggestion though.

I'm not sure if I completely understand the issue here, but are you talking about when you're on google images and you click on an image, then click on another one that appears in the gray related image box and it doesn't pop up? I believe that was an existing bug on an older version of chrome. Make sure that you have the most recently updated version of chrome. To update to the latest version visit this page here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?source=gsearch&hl=en
