:( I just downloaded this game and its not letting me play its saying failed to connect to front server... Yes I tried the keep this page open while you play thingy but still not working can some one help Because i really wanna play badly :( Thanks for the Help :3 c:

So, you are using the Play Game tab?
If so, wait a few minutes before opening the game client and logging in. Sometimes if you open FH too soon you'll get the Failed To Connect message :)

I Tried doing what you said and its still not working i waited for about five minutes and its still failing U-U thank you though

Is the Play Game tab logging you out too? You'd be able to tell if it no longer looks like this: (ignore the red arrow)

Instead it'll have the username and password forms blank.

If the login page is giving you trouble, I'd recommend getting a tab refresher for your browser and setting it to 40 secs or less (edit: On the login page specifically.).
Here's the one I use for Google Chrome: Easy Auto Refresh (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/easy-auto-refresh/aabcgdmkeabbnleenpncegpcngjpnjkc)
Sometimes I also have to try hitting the log in button a few times as the game hasn't recognized that I logged in yet. Example: I log into the login page, then try logging into the game. The game says "Failed to Connect" but I'm still logged into the login page, I simply try logging into the game again until it succeeds. I'd give it a max of 5 tries.

As an alternative, try logging into the Play Game tab before opening the application, I have to do it in this order because the game doesn't read correctly all the time..

Adding onto what Experience said, You should open the Play Game tab a few minutes before you try to start playing FeralHeart, Just so the game has enough time to register than you're logged in.

Perhaps try clearing your browser cookies and cache.
If not, I'd recommend PMing a staff member. They will be able to help more if it's an account related issue
