Do you prefer unrealistic, semi-realistic or realistic roleplays?
Why so?
-
To me it doesn't matter. I like any type of roleplay. But if I had to choose one it would be unrealistic because you can come up with many unique ideas, and you can be as creative as you want.
-
It depends on my mood. I love being realistic sometimes, but like fireboss said, you can get quite creative during unrealistic roleplays.
-
I'm the same as WolfGirl, It depends what mood I'm in.
Sometimes I want to do a very literate RP, But then I sometimes want to just mess around with an unrealistic RP.
Also, As Fire said, I love to be creative when it comes to making RP's.
-
I will always roleplay in the fantasy genre, but I prefer it to be a realistic roleplay. Everything should 'ave an explanation when I roleplay- otherwise I'll go nuts. XD I've got to keep everything logically explained.
-
I enjoy unrealistic to semi-realistic roleplays. It just is so much more creative and
not-as-strict as realistic ones. You use your imagination more when youre free to be and possibly do whatever with
your character and not have a strict system
-
I used to be such an avid roleplayer, that honestly I like all roleplays. I don't do it as much these days, but if I come across or create one, it could be any of those three. ^^
-
Ah I remembered that back in my role-playing days I joined a very realistic lion pride just for the experience. I have to say, honestly I did find myself bored with the role-play in under ten minutes. I crave adventure and character development in an RP, so sticking to strict guidelines on how to RP is really not for me. Sweet topic!
-
I don't roleplay anymore and haven't for a long time but I think I have a liking for all kinds. I don't think i've ever joined a truly realistic roleplay though. Most of them I used to be in were semi-realistic.
-
I prefer semi-realistic and unrealistic roleplays, since I've been doing more fantasy based roleplays lately.
-
I like realistic roleplays.
-
Usually unrealistic to semi-realistic roleplays because they're more creative and outside-the-box. Realistic roleplays get boring after a while because of all the rules imho. Expressing yourself in a character is key for a good roleplay.
-
I enjoy all three of them. but I love unrealistic the most
-
It depends on who I'm with and what they want to do... beyond that I don't have a preference. =)
-
Semi-realistic. :-)
-
I prefer all roleplay types.
Unrealistic is my favorite, as I can be whatever I want and muck around.
-
i'm down for any of the type, honestly :'o
so long as there's no colours-burning-out-my-eyeballs and no powerplay, then i'm cool with it all!
-
I'm not really a fan of semi-realistic (if it's character-wise, plot-wise is alright). It's either realistic or fantasy; fantasy/unrealistic roleplays are extremely fun and unique. ^^
-
Depends on the definition, though I guess I'd lean more towards semi-realistic/unrealistic. I definitely prefer roleplaying with characters who don't have completely realistic designs, and I just feel a bit too restricted in realistic roleplays. So yeah, I prefer semi-realistic to unrealistic roleplays.
-
I personally like realistic roleplays. I like the feeling of it, and being able to roleplay realistically.
Semi-realism is alright sometimes, when I'm in the mood. |3
-
i'm a sucker for fantasy honestly

Literacy isn't my strongest tool in the shed when it comes to third person roleplay as I try my hardest not to roleplay at a 'semi-lit' level. I enjoy literate roleplay and I'm tolerable on semi-literate roleplay however un-literate roleplay troubles me regardless if they're doing it for the 'lulz.' I enjoy roleplay involving anthropomorphic characters or commonly known as furries, but due to the lack of anthro roleplay even if we're dealing with talking quadrupedal characters(hence the name "Feral Heart") I often roleplay alone trying to catch someone's attention. Once I was trying to catch the attention of some Undertale roleplayers by making my character throw a rock... only to hit a gamefowl and getting their face scratched up.
