There are two options for downloading the game

1) Using Web download: This doesn't require anything extra.

2) Using Torrent: This does indeed require Utorrent.

There is also a mediafire download which opens up the installer for you without the hassle of downloading utorrent if you don't have it ^^

The options have already been said.
But uTorrent download is most recommened.
