Title: Help Needed (Resolved. Pease lock!)

So my game is acting up. My server is completely black hen I log in and choose my character. I can see my character, but everything around me is black. I have tried reinstalling and restarting. It wasn't do this yesterday.

Have you tried changing rendering subsystems?

You can do this by opening up the ogre.cfg file and typing the opposite rendering system next to "Render System=" If it is currently "Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem", type in "OpenGL Rendering Subsystem" and vice versa.

You can change this ingame as well. I am only recommending this because it sounded like you were having problems and I wasn't sure if the user interface was affected by that.

In addition to what Morgra said you could also try this:

Use the link in the last section about "MAP server"
Log in to that and then click reset home and go home for all your characters in that order.

If neither of these work let us know.

Have you downloaded any mods or addons for the game recently?

If so, it's possible files may have been deleted, replaced, or misplaced.

Otherwise it's definitely possible you're using a character who's home hasn't been reset. Try what Vortex said above for the character in question ^^
