Title: Crashing
Post by: WinterWolf on December 29, 2016, 01:28:40 am
Hi, it's me again.

I mentioned earlier about my game keep crashing and showing me to appear as some other player when I log in.
I uninstalled the game to fix the problem and it worked, however, a few hours after its started doing the same thing again.
It can't be my PC as it is a brand new computer which is a Windows 10.

What map are you in that it is doing this to you?

As someone mentioned in the last post, it is a glitch somewhat related to the map you are in, in which you might need to avoid that map for the time being.

Errm... what exactly is it doing?
Well I log in to the map and everything seems fine for about 10 seconds. And then it just says Not Responding and then crashes saying an error box or something.

First it happened in The Grounds, and now Ficho Tunnels.

I see. This doesn't seem to be an issue with your computer at all. All I can think of as of now is to reset your characters' homes and sending them home which will take them to Lonely Cave. Login after you do that and see if you are able to login and have the correct username after that

Ohh, try resetting your characters homes using this:

I've had this happen as well, I have no idea what causes it other than lag... and I mean lag is literally what probably caused this to happen. Also try lowering your graphics options and if you have an item/marking pack, try playing without them as they introduce a bit of lag as well. x.x

You're welcome! I hope this fixes it in a way. Maybe starting off in Lonely Cave is what it needs to correct itself
